Terms of use
How booking, the waitlist, dyno numbers and Check a car work on this site, in plain words.

01About these terms
speedworksengtuned.com is run by Speedworks Engineering, Mindanao Ave, Quezon City. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
These terms cover the website. The work on your car, and what it costs, is agreed with the shop in person before any work starts.
02Booking a run
- A booking holds a time with a tuner (Leo, Ryan, or whoever is free first). The ticket on the page is your confirmation.
- Give your real name, mobile number and plate. Book only for a car that is yours, or one the owner has asked you to bring in.
- You can change or cancel up to 24 hours before your time in My bookings. Closer than that, message the shop.
- Please arrive on time. If you are very late, we may have to move you to another slot.
- Prices are quoted per car. Nothing on the site is a final price until the shop has seen the car and agreed it with you.
- Sometimes the shop has to move a booking, for example if the dyno is down. If that happens, we will contact you to pick a new time.
03The waitlist
Until online booking opens, the site takes waitlist sign-ups. Joining the waitlist doesn't book a slot. We will contact you when booking opens or when we can fit your car in.
04Dyno numbers
Every figure on the site was measured on a dyno, on that car, on that day. Results depend on the car, its condition, fuel, weather and the dyno itself.
A number on the site shows what one car made. It is not a promise of what your car will make. The engineer will tell you what to expect for your car before any work.
05Check a car and build records
- Check a car shows the work Speedworks did on a car, if any. It isn't a full history, an inspection or proof of who owns the car or what condition it is in now. A car can change after it leaves the shop.
- "No record yet" only means Speedworks has no record of tuning that car. It says nothing else about it.
- Don't use Check a car to find, contact or bother car owners, and don't run lookups in bulk or with a script.
- A build goes on the public index only with the owner's OK. Owners can ask for it to be taken down at any time.
- Full dyno sheets and spec sheets may be locked. Locking sits on the sheet, never on the build page.
06Our photos, film and dyno sheets
The photos, videos, dyno sheets, logo and text on this site belong to Speedworks or are used with permission. The film is by Sudden Meet Collective. You are welcome to share links to any page. Please don't copy or reuse the content itself without asking us first.
07Using the site fairly
- No fake bookings or sign-ups, and no booking slots you don't mean to use.
- No scraping, bots or automated lookups.
- No attempts to get past limits or into parts of the site that aren't public.
08Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it may sometimes be down or have mistakes. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
As far as Philippine law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
09Changes and the law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the day you booked applies to that booking. These terms follow Philippine law, and any dispute goes to the courts of Quezon City.
